About Armor Counseling & NeuroHaven Neurofeedback
Helping You Lay Down What Hurts and Take Up What Heals
At Armor Counseling & NeuroHaven Neurofeedback, we believe peace isn’t just an idea — it’s something your mind, body, and spirit can learn to sustain.
Our integrated approach blends compassionate counseling with evidence-based neurofeedback to help clients move beyond coping and toward true transformation. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, disconnection, or burnout, we help you move from survival to peace, from chaos to clarity, and from guarded to grounded.
We work with individuals, couples, and families to restore balance at every level — emotional, relational, and neurological.
This is more than therapy. It’s a space where healing becomes re-patterning, where insight becomes integration, and where peace becomes practice.

Healing happens in connection — and it starts with the people who walk beside you. Together, our team brings decades of experience in counseling, neuroscience, and compassionate care — integrating science and grace to help individuals, couples, and families move from survival to peace. Each of us is dedicated to walking with you as you lay down what hurts and take up what heals.
